Several merchants are available into factions' headquarters. Merchants sell different categories of equipment, and they always accept caps as payment. They also barter against equipment at certain conditions.
- Merchants buy equipment of the same categories as they're selling. So, an armorer will buy armors, a weapon dealer will buy guns etc.
- Merchants offer 20% of the item base value when you're selling. You'll get better prices as you raise your persuasion skill.
- Merchants accept equipment at 50% condition and higher.
- Merchants don't buy Tiers 1 equipment.
- On the courtyard, you'll find a merchant selling Tiers 1 equipment.
- In the structure, you'll find an ammunition seller, an armorer, a Tiers 2 equipment seller, a food seller, a drink seller and a drug/medicine seller. You'll also find special merchants, selling crafting components (oil, kevlar, fuses and components) and buying your collectible items found in the Wasteland.
- In the heart, you'll find a high equipment vendor, occasionally selling Tiers 3 equipment, and a doctor.
Across your headquarters, you'll also have the occasion to meet various characters. Some of them might trade crafting and collectible items for caps, ammo, reputation and other things at more interesting prices than what you'd obtain from the regular merchants.
