In general, armors offer a much better protection than "bluesuit", even compared to other fonline games and the original games. The intended effect is that bluesuits will be very easy to kill, so everybody will need some kind of armor. The difference between the best and the worst armor is reduced, and in combination with the armor traits, a larger number of armors will be viable in different situations.
