Range gap between DKS and other SG snipers is too big especially when DKS is TOO cheap and abundant and range trumps other stats hard.
I propose SG SNIPERS to be around 80-85 range and let performance difference be signified by perks, traits, clip size, ammo.
As of now medium-high range of 60 hexes excellent DMR weapons that are much more clearly cut to fulfill specific task: H&K G3SG1 and M21. These 2 weapons have excellent synergy in ap cost, clip size, dmg, PERKS and most importantly range (team of paired shooters will score much better results if focus fire with the 2 mentioned DMRs in tandem)
On the other hand top ranged SG snipers DKS and MSG90 are a total mess.
Range difference is stupid. Better set them at either 80 or 85
Perks on both of them are too random to imply role. DKS could be balanced around bleed and MSG90 around better on hit, like better\longer knockdown, knockback etc.
M1C and Dragunov as in-betweeners of 60 and 80 range can be set as the standart for all around long range SG and be remade with mix of perks to make them sorta jack of all trades. (and dat M "upgrade" of Dragunov is just....... u were drunk or what???)
For best results i suggest this 2 be set at either 70 or 75 range
now for AK and M16 sniper conversion duno what to say .... they are some strange weapons that i did not find use for yet
Hunting rifle needs some love dudes it is classic weapon one of the Fallout universe symbols , bring it back to its rightful place
and ehh GAUSS RIFLE ....super knockback on thing dat shoots 2mm needles for fuck sake
only 3 perks and one of them is RELIABLE really this thing is supposed to be pipe with stack of electromagnetic coils around it powered by high energy fast discharging source eg. capacitors (definetly the epitome of sturdy construction and no potential faults)
