Version1 is out.
Screen:
Spoiler for Hiden:

-Most weapons not added
-(lot of) Minor bugs here and there
-Work as Character Planner

Possible Future Improvements:
-Bug Fixes
-Add weapons stats
-Dmg Calculator
-Crit Effect Calculator
-Hit Chance Calculator
-1v1 Battle Simulator
-Animations

How to use:
-You need to have Excel
-Enable Macros
-Preferrable to use it on half window
