Hello, I seem to be level twenty seven after the event is over and my skills are still at cap. I was level 3 or 4 and now I am level 27 still at the same level as I was when the event occurred, please reset my character back to the way he was.

If you want to play right now its probably best it stays that way until wipe. Grinding without the distraction of many players is a tedious and draining task.

If you want to play around with builds and test some mechanics, you can use these commands.

Type...

~give me the chocolate - This will initiate a brain scan offering a change of traits and tag skills.

~reroll <Your chosen special point here>

E.G

~reroll 6 6 6 6 6 5 5
~reroll confirm

Don't forget to count traits in the reroll process.

Like let's say I want 6 STR with bruiser, I'll put 4 but will end up with 6 since bruiser grants 2 STR.

i think free level 27 or 36 isnt a bug either , cirn said something about free levels before event.
