If cirn didn't change his opinion on how and who's doing it, I'll start working on it today.. but this is gonna be busy week, can't promise I'll finish it right away

Also due to incoming outpost fights I'd recommend to join one of the platoons with high population existing already. I don't know, if it's required, actually, it'd be best if cirn says if it is.
