If we convince enough people from fonline 2, reloaded, and TLA that they have been making a serious mistake not playing on AOP, we might increase the numbers a little ;)

an average of 20 players is kinda good enough for a game which is not even finished yet, just wait for next season, it'll surely attract  more players

yes, but, those games had a lot of variation in combat and quests, as well as town control pvp(which iqs sht , but attracts al the trolls)
not to mention the fact that that those games are old and have earned their fame while this one is relatively new

Chilly brings up a good point.  AoP hasn't had the time to sink it's amazingly balanced claws into the playerbase that surrounds fonline. 2238 was one of the more popular ones back in the day, so many players remember it and like the nostalgia factor. Once AoP has been around for a couple years I imagine it'll start gaining popularity. FOnline has always been a longevity contest (for servers), not a population one.

I'm also trying to bring one of my friend over to play with me. Somehow I dislike doing TS with people I only know through the internet.

But back to the subject at hand, AoP has a clearly superior developement and gameplay compared to the old fashioned Fonlines which just roughly base themselves around FO1 and 2 critters and threw in MMO features.
I really hope this game gets more recognition.

PvE, and quest like activitys will bring a big chunk of players. But this is PvP server.
