Nice idea!The passive doesnt seem to fit with the perk, maybe a high pentrating value with those weapons instead.
When I first read that, I thought of a situation where you'd throw dynamite spears in your target's inventory... And he would throw those back at you.There are lots of benefits for a throwing character, main one is: You won't have to perform a ritual of collecting every single knife you've thrown from the ground.

because its a dumb suggestion, he wants to overload enemy players inventories forcing them to walksomething more thought over would be a spear perk that pins players to their position for some time when hit (forced to stand still but can still attack)
Anyway seems like the devs stole my perk name, the effect doesnt make sense though.
Overloading their carry weight would be pinning them to their position; silly billy.
