I. Prologue

Since our organization is active in Arizona, we were in need of all newcomers carrying gun,
mental and social requirements for inhabitants of our HQ were temporary lowered,
but We are promising improvement in this area and We promise
standards in Cradle of Justice will never fall to the bottom of tribal factions from south.

II. Initiative

This intitiative is based on multiple criminal activities reported out of own faction,
so we will be rewarding everyone searching for misbehaviours and righteous punishment of those.

III. Resolution

In order we trust and for those who aren't,
there is always way to get back to the path of justice.
Conversion or extinction are only options for misbehaving and repugnant ones.

IV. Summary and Outcomes

a) List of crimes necessary to sanctionate:

- Thievery
- Murder
- Betrayal

b) List of sanctions according to crimes:

- Thievery on our own members will be punished by execution of culprit, unless victim will agree otherwise.
- Murder of fellow member will be punished by setting member on temporary black list resulting into KOS status, unless victim and judge will agree otherwise.
- Betrayal is worst crime of all and only acceptable sanction is exile.

c) Prerequisities of judicial proceedings:

- video evidence proving merits of culprit, cannot be overridden by any other document
- screenshot evidence proving merits of culprit, can be overridden by adversary screenshot or 3 independent witnesses.
- chat log can be used to clarify matter in conflict of previous ones.

d) Judge and Jury:

Judge and Jury will be selected for every individual proceeding, where none fo them will be related or conflicted to culprit or victim.

e) This thread is dedicated to report all injustice on members of JJJLA, also not enlisted crimes.

Hello, i have been victimized by member of lawyers faction, known as lunoi, there were multiple public events marking this lawyer as black sheep and not worthy one. I cannot support all of my claims, but i believe there is a lot of witnesses, who experienced his primitive misbehaviours.

There is evidence showing friendly fire during ZC, i am demanding fair sentence for this criminal.

In The Family there's no teamkilling, only brotherhood and hordes of degenerates swarming over us all the time! We fight together, we share together, we die together, we win together. We are too busy shooting over hordes of invaders to shoot at each other.

Maybe The Family is unusually peaceful, because I don't understand why people want the devs to come down on teamkilling so hard. I heard rumours that bands of Lawyers are mutually hostile and sometimes shoot each other on the way to ZCs, lulz.
