Tried that too, played a bit and it was fun.

Some impression : was fun lurking the sewers for a bit but got boring after a while so I go to the surface to meet the factions

Vtecs they see me and start shooting I say neutral and they stop realizing that I was not lawyer, one also said that I was shooting his pals, thinking I'm a lawyer. Killed some aliens together later.

Lawyers well I didn't try to get to close at first but when they saw me they didn't mind, wasn't able to talk they were running.

Family Saw 2 said hi they shoot me kill me then say hi and leave. Friendly like the Family, well my faction so I expected that.

BBs I didn't see yet but I have an idea how they will respond.

Seeing that I have not much time on my hands lately, I might give it a try.
No promises though, because The Family is still the place I love the most.

I dont think there was ever more than one player trying this at any one time, id gladly give it a shot with you if you want to.
It will be more engaging with someone else. The only problem is finiding eachother after a death? Perhaps a pre determined location.
I really want to try this out for more than a few hours at a time.

Its a great concept, and I wish I could do it, but there just aren't enough options for wandering. It needs to be fully fleshed out to really make it attractive. The lack of benches is a big one.

I detest the idea of using the sewers as a safe haven, those are technically meant to be escape routes, not some place where you can squat.
If I do catch anyone down there I usually kill them without question.

I'd expect nothing less than an enemy to open fire in the sewers.

Sewers can be used as what ever the player feels like using them as.
Escape routes, Entrance routes. Or my favorite, ambush and choking points.

While staying in sewers as like a squat would be a really bad idea. it is probably the most unpopulated place in phoenix and I think thats why it was suggested as sewers over any other area.

I really think its a cool idea, but like people said there would need to be something in place to support it because of lacking workbenches and stuff.

One little advantage of Sewer Rats is that because they don't have a base, they revive on top of a faction gate in WM instead.

Me, I do think we could use a little more support to Sewer Rats, but that would be more appropriate for when the neutral safe haven shows up (IF).

Some of my team mates and i have considered the idea of having some neutral characters, but we have too ongoing project that prevent us from doing it right now.

Hi there!

After a little experience as a factionless user have to say is funny. I just wanted to tell that i created a squad with the intention to make a factionless players. I m not leader build but is something.

In other way i have created a sg fastshoter and i level killing npcs, that s all. Some of faction players are paceful others not... and i m really thinking about reroll in EW fastshoter so is easy to find laser rifle with expanded magazine and some ammo.

If anyone want to join factionless squad or have any idea tell me.

What for?
- for the factions to keep camping in a zone while crafting? Not a good idea.
- accessible to only factionless people? That could work (unless factionless start killing each other wbich would be a bit pointless)
