So...thay booth have DR -10 and DT -66 but they have a difference in cost
100 7.62x54R cost 55 caps
100 7.62x54R 7N14 cost 95 caps

You are right, a missing information is ACMod but it's not used at the moment.
One is 25 where the other one is -15.

I suggest you to use the cheaper one until we use acmod again.
