21.10.2014 Changelog

Bugs:
-Fixed missing loot spawn in phoenix archives dungeon
-Dynamite Spear & Piston Spear melee animations fixed
-Adrenaline rush now properly giving DT
-Suppression / Winded / Disorient now properly reduce DR by 10%
-Nerves of Steel now working properly

Tweaks:
-Deterioration of items have been quartered for new mechanics. [ A Quality "Normal" item will have the old rate of deterioration ]
-Entering Stealth only drains 200 energy if suffering from sneak debuff
-Throwing spears can crit [ Except Plasma, Energy, Dynamite ]
-Melee Damage on Dynamite Spear 80 - 120 => 40 - 60

Additions:
- Tier 3 crafting materials added to the global loot table.
- Change in deterioration , crafting and loot system
Quote
In the scale of 0 = Mint , 10 = Garbage
Crafted items will be within the 0~4 quality range.
Store bought items be between 2~5 quality range
Found items between 0 ~ 10+.

Item deterioration speed will be multiplied by quality.
Each repair will have a chance of increasing quality by 1.

- The HellHole dungeon open [ Paradise Valley ]

Check it out! Independently targeting particle beam phalanx. Vwap! Fry half a city with this puppy. We got tactical smart missiles, phase-plasma pulse rifles, RPGs, we got sonic electronic ball breakers! We got nukes, we got knives, sharp sticks...

I got all recipes and still cant see the PA being craftable. Also the NPC where you can exchange relics says there is no more recipes to unlock.

This is odd :o

Why ? It had 1 hex range and you had to "use" it twice to kill a person if you use aimed + have crits. It was a great weapon when someone gets into your face.

Compared to wazikashi, which with 2 hex range also kills people from 2 thrusts + has perks/traits.

It has explosive damage, and no armor has good explosive resistance. Also it should be a one time use item, once the tnt goes off the spear should dissapear

It doesn't do explosive damage unless you throw it far as I know, and when you do its lost. Its range sucks and it makes it really specialized situation weapon. I've used it from time to time and seen only one guy more using it on whole server. If it was op, we would see it more often.

It wasn't actually intended to do that much melee damage. The throw/melee values had been swapped or something.

Cool patch, but I worry that the new deterioration system will make getting and maintaining legendary weapons exceedingly hard.

it's probably not added for crafting yet, go check the heart merchant, he probably has power armors

wait, aren't high quality items supposed to detoriate slower than low quality ones? i don't see the logic in a Combat Armor breaking faster than leather armor
