« on: February 10, 2014, 04:30:17 PM »5.When creating a character, and I don't know what exactly causes this to happen, but when finishing making the character most of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats are reset back to 5. It has happened to my friend, and just happened to me with new character.
Tested some Special stats and found if you take heavy handed with 10 AG everything resets to 5.
