i am not here to be mean but if you cannot afford it you may have to join a faction just to get the gear you need.  I have some stuff to give you guys, but stims and psycho will always be a problem for you, without faction aid.  Sorry that factionless is not at all supported by the game, but you guys are silly to forgo income. The only benefit it seems is that you can kill any faction, but you could join vtec and troll TK some of us before you got exiled. You may even get some good loot =)

Statistically, 90 percent of shootings take place within 7 meters. In modern war, this statistic is inverted: 90 percent of shootings take place outside of 7 meters. Also, a melee weapon, or no weapon, is more effective than any gun within that range of 7 meters (unless a derringer comes into your hand from a rig on your wrist, or you are ready with a cowboy quick draw holster), assuming weapons are not drawn at the start of the encounter.

most handgun calibers are too small to kill a human reliably. With an equipped medic nearby, only one in ten hits are fatal (this does not include .357 magnum which is actually perfect for killing humans). This includes large pistol calibers like the .50 and the .44 which "over-penetrate" making them far less effective than a 9mm or something similar.

venemous affects all melee attacks. i assume it will work when melee with a spear.

You cannot throw spears from the utility slot.

IMO dropping the loot on the ground behind a wall is as good as it should get. It should be maximum risk to keep treasure in the core. How else will noobs find treasure? I enjoyed my first week of playing more because I got to loot plenty of PVP stuff from YOU GUYS.  This will eliminate most scattered treasure. It would make gathering junk a legit activity. scavenging runs would not return to base.

Consider a gun lock? cost caps to put it on and more caps to remove it? seems silly but it just popped into my head.

The harshest part of this imo is for people who took action boy, do or die and or psychopath.

Those perks are maluses to the current sprinter mechanic, when they should be bonuses.

this ap should be 'dumped' into stimpacks or other combat actions bro. I love sprinter. movement speed from leadership needs a nerf. AOP needs no more variation in movement speed, at least right now. call sprinter 'freedom of movement' or 'graceful garb' ....

I think it should just be a highlight of some kind around the HP display. flashy screen may by helpful but also hinder some. I am distracted easily and would like this option to be turned on, but if it is to intrusive I will turn it off. Maybe a sexy sounding woman who soothingly alerts you, "Warning, hostiles engaged."

maybe give the ability to alter the existing perks on individual weapons instead. Just a thought. I'm not a big fan of 'legendary'. customize/personalize/whatever but don't make it take too much farm to get viable equipment. It seems to me that adding mods to existing weaps could make any op option even more so.  Take care.

but the perks really give you the chance for one kit KO. The healer build with no primary stats but uses the power fist is cool and all but is it OP? I think my build is cooler.
