Title: Constant freezes

While in game while moving or interacting the game will completely freeze for several seconds on very frequent periods, this just started today for me.

It's cos Cirn0 added time dilation feature from EVE Onlien the other day.  ;)

play around with video settings in foconfig.exe. sometimes works.
