3 grenades (concussion?) thrown instantly = 300+ dmg.

on what armor ? only remember such dmg on leather jackets

It does not, each grenade (conussion) does at least 50-80 damage and its random. Sometimes high rolls or low rolls. Frag Grenades however will make you bleed out profusely so those are the ones that do 300+ BUT you have time to evade them if you see thrown
