Title: Shotguns and The Shotgun Perk are broken

I took the Shotty Surgeon perk, and tried out some buckshot on NPCs. This is what i got.

Basically no damage, and definitely no criticals.


with 250 SG skill as well.

use different ammo

I'll try it with Flechettes and see what happens.
