Long Live TLAmk2
« on: January 20, 2015, 12:54:52 PM »

Eh Goddamnit. SidleJinks has finally given in with this server.

"We've planned to create an open donation system for this gaming season. That's mostly the reason why the server even worked for the past two months, as, people already know that, I don't have the time nor the money nor do I wish to continue to support the server all by myself since long ago.
Sadly, We(I) couldn't finish this system in time, oh well, this month was supposed to be the last anyway. FOnline ended years ago."

I hope those people will throw themselves into AoP and not FO2 ;D.

p.s.
Translation is not word for word, but as close as needed.

Myakot do you know more details on what the situation is ?

I've been playing TLAmk2 and it is a damn shame to see it go, a big fan of TLAmk2 myself.

Anything I can do for TLA in my position? Perhaps if their dev's are willing we can work out something for the benefit of both parties and their fans. I would love to host TLAmk2 and maybe fix a bug or two. And of course shamelessly cannibalize all the interesting things they have to offer.

I probably won't actually "play" unless my group comes back. Until then, I'll just be watching the fights from the shadows. Maybe.

Also, the cheating at the end of TLA was so blatant. I know I was personally done after I saw them hold sierra all night, machinegunning with crit bombards. Very unsavory individuals with no sense of fairplay.
I can really sympathize with Sidle.

We managed to find a way during the last week to implement the planned system of player rewards, so the server will work to develop further.
It will depend on players only, if the server will prosper. Any details about the system will probably come forth tomorrow.

Yes please be sure these people are informed properly, and make the decision to join AOP, and not fo2, or garbage reloaded.
