"Weak" types of ammo & Quest rewards

This will primarily concern EW. There are normal batteries, and the ones that do 4/5 of the initial efficiency.
After fighting with the weak ones for a little while, I noticed that my power fist was breaking down faster than it was with normal batteries (at least I think so). So that's where the question is:
Do ammo types change some other parameters for the weapons they are used in? (Like faster deterioration in my case)
And if they don't that would be a pretty cool idea to implement ;P.

Quest rewards:
As far as I know quest reward is counted out of it's difficulty and Persuasion skill.
Persuasion skill of whom? The person who took the quest? Everyone in the party as a sum? Or is it when you finish your quest, therefore to each his own gain?

Where is info that quest reward is based on Persuasion skill?
I know that it only applies to Zone Control.
