10. Bring 2 tech manuals and 2 guns'n'bullets books and will give you a sniper rifle and some ammo in exchange. Although I think he took more than 2 of each from me...

He said 3 techs and 3 guns to me.

12. This one has a cult and needs you to be tough fighter, bad-ass or beauty to get through. After that you can bring him ranger pins and other stuff to make him feel cool for 25 caps or items.

I had cash/armor option, took the second one and got leather armor. Can't give him 2nd ranger pin tho.

Maybe the nickname is already taken? Try "jfuajiowg" or some other uncommon nick.
