TLA tackles this nicely for their evasion/sneak skill

In TLA, your effective evasion skill is based on the volume of the equipement you have equiped. Therefore, you can't use evasion properly if you carry a minigun, or if you are running about in metal armor. The same can be applied to AOP.

Alternatively, the effective sneak skill in TLA is based on the equipement both equiped and carried in the inventory.

Though, looking at the AOP playstyle, I think basing it on the equiped weapon volume would be the best solution.

I'm suprised that the Brahmin Boys can stand up so well against the lawyers and V-tec when they both have nearly double their numbers. Gotta love timezones.

No I can't agree with this change.
My own character suffers whenever he starts bleeding or gets poisoned. I actually consider poison in this Fonline server an actual threat. I ussualy end up having to FA myself a few times whenever I catch some nasty poison.

In addition, even if your healing rate is high enough, you would still lose all those chances of surviving in a firefight due to the healing rate being cancelled out by bleeding/poison.

Most interaction seems to happen at the mission givers, rooms and exit grid. I doubt that these implementations would lessen that contact. Especially since players who plan on using fast travel to get to a location ussualy have no intention to interact with others as they already have a goal/objective in mind.

People would likely linger at those areas like they already do, and those who need to get somewhere can save some time.

As the title says, the fast travel servants/tribals or whatever at all faction HQ's could be improved further.

Things that would be most welcome (atleast counts for BB):
 - Fast travel from and to the HQ exit grid.
 - Fast travel from and to (inside) your Platoon base
 - Fast travel from and to the rooms.

As it is now, entering the HQ works decently, but getting out requires running accros half the map. In addition, there could be a bit more comfort when traveling to the rooms/Platoon base. In BB's case, the tanner tribal could be moved closer to the rooms and a tribal could be placed inside the platoon base (or the existing paperwork NPC could be used).

It's true that running around the HQ doesn't take that long, but in the long run people will appreciate being capable of moving around the HQ as fast as possible.

Remove this for people who have been in the zone with proper gear when zone control starts. This way somoene that died can return to the battlefield and regain his gear.

I'm not pleased with the fact that pve missions get higher rewards. Instead the focus should be diverted to making pvp a better way to level.

Other than that: Great update.
