Title: Changing the sensitivity?

is there a way to change the sensitivity of how fast the your field of vision moves? because I often find it a pain that you want to get somewhere but it takes so long for you to reach it because your field of vision moves so slowly, there must be an option for this in the config.exe im just not seeing?
