Hello, I have never played Fallout 2 on the PC. I'm currently downloading it now, I would like to be a "Sniper, With sneak skills, And lockpicking skills"

I'd like to know a few things.

1) Is this even a viable setup?

2) is there a perk that allows me to see farther, For example, Could i see an enemy that couldnt see me ?

3) If my teamate is between my target and myself when i shoot, Will it hit my teamate, Or do i have to click a teamate to friendly fire?

4) Could you give me some examples of good stats / perks for a person specializing in snipers?

3 usually single shots will shoot around allies

yes you could easily be a sneaker sniper with 8, maybe even 7 int.
and the PE is up to you since some scoped weapons increase your site range.
and of course lots of luck.

update:  I would go with 8 int at least, will give you max guns, and about 196 sneak or so.
with maybe 2 points left for FA
