Title: Action boy broken

3 agility + action boy - ap regeration only for 3 points, action boy dont work. I dont know why, its after patch i think.

Also something strange with sight range, its lower now, maybe with perks something wrong

Do check if your armor has Bulky trait, which cancels out bonus from Action Boy. Combat Armor has it.

Sight range has been fixed for all characters few patches ago, so before you may have had bugged sight range.
