[MAP] V-tech gate center misplaced with west

V-tech gate center enter misplaced with west enter (when you enter center, you appear west)

This is a very old, very annoying bug.
Originally, "West" was displayed in the center, and center was displayed on the left.
I believe that when they swapped the labels to where they should be, they were intending to fix it.
Guess they forgot to actually change the location.
