Black screen when startup the game

Hey guys i'm new here you see i want to play FOnline:Ashes of Phoenix but when i startup the game i see some loading art then the grey screen and finally the black screen with mouse
PLS HELP I HAVE BLACK SCREEN AND NOTHING WHAT I NEED TO DO? :'(

ATM the server is down. Devs are working on all sorts of awesome stuff and will turn it back on when they're done with that. For now just bookmark the page and check back every now and then.

Server is down at the moment. Don't even attempt to get your client working because it will be hugely outdated (so many updates to download).

Just wait patiently like everyone else, devs will announce when the server will be back on with a new client.

I wonder if Devs are gonna finish this new client before New's Year day

i don't know but i just saying if there complete before 2016 new's year or after 2016 new's year  ???
