New throwing weapon. Damage 1-1. Some poison lvl recived by target. Also target able to see only random letters instead of nicknames for next 20 seconds; all player's contours seems green till powder works.
True nicknames can be founded in chat (somebody was injured) or when teammates starts shouting in mumble "don't shoot at me"
Player can get rid of hallucinations using antidote.
