Hi there!
There is certains nps named "Hound" and he wears this cool coat. Could you please assing this model to the combat leather coat also? Would be nice.

Unfortunately not, we would have otherwise, but that model lacks almost every weapon animation, limiting it to pistols until perhaps one day someone will do the others ;)
