Title: Suggestion: Remove the dialog timer

I dont see any need for dialog timer since several person can talk to same npc, so why not remove it?

I think it's hardcoded. But since like you say, it's not really an issue, we might just put it to something like 2 or 3 minutes, or whatever is enough, and that's the end of that.
