+2 bugs for items :

1. No enscription for 3th mode of super slage. "Use on" ?
2. No enscriptions for modes of improved flamer. When it is full of ammo 2th mode have'nt even AP cost. Improved flamer can use only Flamethrower Fuel.

Reload cost for the Colt will be fixed, and use mode for super sledge removed. About the flamer, it has "partial reload" trait, meaning the AP cost to reload is scaled based on how much ammo is already loaded. So if the magazine is full, there is no AP cost to reload. Also, the napalm is used for the incinerator, not the flamers.
