MISC effective range graphics

white colored range meter displays lower than actual range or hit chance i get is false
difference between the line and the target is 3 hexes counting from border
the 90 percent is due fast shot

no weapon equiped is ML pistol but i tried with acurate weapon result is the same
and strangely it is hapenig only on that side of the white hex oct whatever shape it has
other sides apear to be normal

i think its because you are aiming to eyes..
your effective range graphics shows effective range to eyes but you cant hit that npc to eyes because its facing other side so its showing your hit chance to head
