how to get master dat where to find fallout 2 folder

i have the foline full version from foline reloaded.com where can i find th fallout 2 folder in that so i can open aop in it

master.dat and critter.dat
are supposed to be found in your legal copy of Fallout 2. If you don't have a legal copy, search the webs for those 2 files.
