Merchants seem to never have any caps

It's pretty obvious that people are selling there junk for caps, but it's been three days in a row now that I couldn't sell mine because the dwarf in the bar doesn't have anymore caps! What's going to happen when there is lots of traffic in this game? are there gonna be more merchants or?

also does anybody know how often merchants will automatically be given caps? cuz right now im standing in front of him waiting -_-

Capture zones, then merchants will have caps., and loot.

BrahminBoys aren't capturin any locations, so their merchants take longer to restock and have less caps

Agreed, we will own the entire city, and I will go look for caps on merchants, and nada.
And this isn't even during peak hours either.
