the problem is that i was the creator of the map and that it was changed without my permission furthermore ive asked for changing it back and was getting something like a no in return, its not some simple mathematic thing were theres just one true conclusion even tho i like mathematics for that ...but i also like art and other stuff and in that case its not that simple ... i dont know how u do feel when someone is raping for example your code . in the end i dont really care , if last word isnt in my hand from maps i have made then i will simply not make any more ... and i made this poll to let the people choose just the better looking one , since i thought that im not the only one who thought that the left hand sided picture does look out of place ... one person shouldnt be above the majority in my opinion ...

also i dont care about your trollposts paragon since u are running no walls , no roof mod and whatever , you will never understand the esthetic aspects from such game ... and some "mod" that is based on some very old game which is developped by guys like you will fail hard because people like u regret to see the bigger picture and only have hate for others that dont have the same view on things like you . in the end the game doesnt only run with codes , its like having multiply cogs which needs to be function if one or two dont work then the whole device will stop to work ... and no AoP will never be some arena type of game even if that is what you want ... fallout is some fantasy universe which is made for players to roleplay if u want only action in some retro 50 sci fi world go buy fallout4 ...

This is your respect to work of other devs. You don't care who and why did something, you don't like it and you feel in right to throw insults, give you a right, you'd probably change it to whatever you want without a discussion, just because you can.

I'm not the one who likes everything, you've probably noticed. But I don't take out a word out of my ass without a good justified reason, and even then I consider that I might be wrong and should get more experience before I'm gonna argue.

I'm pretty sure whoever made decision on which map to select had a reason for it which you haven't stated, probably didn't even try to figure out or comprehend.

Now if you want to help the game, I don't see why would you cry and stop helping it just because you work was slightly modified.

what u wanna hear lol , he said entrance needs to be 30 hexes more to the right , i guess because undeground map or other map to the right starts at the edge , still i dont know what problem it causes when its left like i did it because people can use their imagination for things like that (e.g. its same with having some dungeon undeground level at a map with a sewer layer , still i havent seen double stair to make it more realistic ... the only answer i was getting was use imagination). plus my points about afterburner and other drugs are valid , in my opinion its even very similar to my map i believe , somone did made some thoughts while he was creating cons and pros for drugs and then out of nowhere some just get changed by someone who doesnt have the bigger picture in mind or simply doesnt care ... tbh i also think that this goes for many other things , without smalltime theres no solid feedback for them while they still have players or "testers" on their game which they could rely on but they dont do and the result is what u see , terrible meta and no players ... thats also i think another reason why people wait for a wipe ...

and ofcourse i do care if somebody messin around with my stuff when im still around furthermore artstuff isnt something similar like ingame drugs item which u can tweak 24 / 7 without changing its look.

im okey with it but im not interested in such stuff , if somebody wants that entrance like on the left hand sided picture then he can map it on his own the next time because im no bimbo. and the majority did make it clear that the right one is looking "more natural" ... its just a small thing but if all stuff get like handled like this then its no wonder to me why the game is ded. the game doesnt evolve with such things. and im not interested in wasting time with making new art and maps if it can get changed anytime without my thoughts on it while im still around. like i said i wasnt even asked if it fits or if its okey , then ive said that its looking terrible and was getting some shit feedback , thats the point were its time to move on because like ive said im no bimbo whos making blueprints. eitherway you respect my work or gtfo ...

also im not asking for some drugchanges , ive just stated my opinion in a section were it belongs to ... and from the experiences ive gathered playing this game since september 2014 ... i also do not see any valid discussion in that thread like it should be or atleast was my intention , all i see is just 90% trollposts which reflect the current playerbase pretty well , devs maybe too ... who cares anyway ...

It's pretty simple Courier if you have no respect for other people's work and throw insults at them,  they will most likely have the same feeling for your work. This is not trolling, this is how real life works.

Especially when talking about devs, at the end of the day, you are playing the game they made so don't bite the hand that feed you or in french don't spit in the soup.

someone is jealous here huehue , i dont care man , you dont know what i have done and how much time ive wasted just to let someone fap over stuff i have created ... but it doesnt matter anyway. its time to move on and enjoy real life , you can troll other people in the future blyad. thats how real life is also working , shut down the computer and dont care about things which just standing in your way.

also , what mistakes i have done ? is it a crime to fight for what is mine ? complaining about something i have worked on and making suggestions in the lobby sub forum are two different things , maybe , but just maybe you'll understand that one day.

I really didnt know the cave entrance was such a big deal for you. I also prefer the entrance you made but the thing is, I had to sacrifice it for the greater good, which is the goal of actually making an underground cave as a coremap without "cheating" it.

If you just place the entrances anywhere, like you just have different caves or ladders or other teleport triggers all throughout the map, then that doesnt feel like just another of the 49 core maps but more like a special map. Like, I think it's very important for the feel to use the normal grids at the border of the map and no special entrances or teleports.

The whole map idea really was just to "prove a point", like "look at this shit we're using a cave as a normal coremap without having fancy special transitions"

Courier, This is again one of your mistake. You are saying that you don't care but you obviously do care since you are complaining about it right now. I'm really trying to make it simple to understand for you.

You obviously lack perspective so I don't think you can see the big picture.

The right one looks a little bit too clean for something that probably wasn't used/washed/maintained for decades/centuries.
