Suggestions / PKS need increase dmg !

PKS(9 tier) needs to increase the power,because right now at his level, he just fucking nothing in comparison with the same UKM-2000(8 tier). I suggest him at least to remove the same trait,which lowers the accuracy by 20%. Maybe the PKS will be more usability.

Очень скучаю по этому серверу. С превеликим удовольствием покатал бы,если бы,конечно,разрабы подняли с колен сей чудесный проект. Даже сейчас помню те былые,веселые и незабываемые запилы 20 на 20,захваты точек...эх...ностальджи!
