lvl above 24 is not any advantage and you can lvl up from 1 to 24 in few hours
there are players which played 30+ hours and you want to force them to do all this again ?

Force them to do what all over again ? According to you it's possible to get lvl 24 in few hours. Where's the problem? Items have to be wiped anyways.

It's only been 1 day from the initial wipe, would change almost nothing to a good 60% of server because they havent even passed level 9+-
I'm gonna put up my arguements on why an Item wipe won't solve some issues;

Item wipe would not remove the levels players gained from bugs. In most cases I wouldnt care and say that everyone will be at level 24+ soon enough. Well, that's total bullshit. Pardon my french.
Players can only level-up within the Core which is pretty fucked. Reasons of it being fucked:
1. You only gain exp from killing critters / Reading books / Scavenging / Crafting.
2. You can't preform #1 due to being swarmed or killed by some level 26 player which is only feeding the high level players with, yours truely, caps/exp.

So hey, anyone can hit level 24, after dying a million fking times. Wasteland is harsh, LOL.
Playerbase? I'm a nolife and I don't have time or willpower to grind this to finally be able play the game. By the way, yes, this is a crypost.

If developers plan to wipe items, hopefully it's gonna happen soon. The situation is getting worse and worse.

P.s. I vote for a whole server wipe. Many players are extremely high level due to starting bugs, and in a server which only way to level up is to be pushed into fighting in the core, it's pretty fucked. Server right now looks more beta than it was on first session.

Also, I have old AoP client, is there some kind of package or update I can attache to that so I can play or am I forced to download the whole 1.2GB file again ?

Like for example - Not having to RE-Download critter.dat / master.dat and other stuff I currently have ?

For the sake of it... Ill explain how its done. I didn't really want to explain it cuz 80+ ppl seeing this thread will have a field-day abusing this one.

- Tag someone on assignment with character (Preferably in enemy faction heart) Then swiftly go to the enemy gate (With example 'Rat' and Combat troupers) All teams tag the 'Rat' And the 'Rat' brings them to the assignment red dot.

On a side note for me posting this how-to guide for devs to completely understand how its being done. I HIGHLY recommend devs post here and say if its ban-able or not.

A simple (This is not allowed and will be banned if caught) will do  :P

I scienced his metal armor to carry the rest, But I gave him a Combat support armor mk2 instead.

I think one of big problem withs sneaks is the fact that they can deploy their weapon on sneak and just camp.

So Imo - Deploying should not be allowed for sneaks. This would disable DSR sneaks. Also PKS sneaks would be effected by this.

But yes, I like the idea of having goggles that help find sneakers - Better FoV for sneakers in front. But still very bad from back.
If you ask me, I think melee trolls should be nerfed most.

But at the moment I'm seeing wayy to much V-tech sneakers making these lineups in sneak and uncovering and killing everyone.
When John porno told me about sneaks in thsi server before it was released I told him this would happen. He said It would be considered a tactic for most small teams. But like I said. Its like a troll feature that ruins pvp.

But like john porno said once... if you are heavy geared and u turn off sneak u have higher chance to be bypassed or killed easier, Not sure how, But if it isnt like this it should be. :P

Second solution I have would be to not count people on sneak as ZC timer. I know this is complex cuz people can just run in off sneak (Get vtech score 1) then turn on sneak and fight.

Third Solution would be to make Stealthboys die out faster if other sneakers are looking at you. (Harder to organize a team of sneakers when ur stealthboy dies in less then 2 minutes of having 8 sneakers looking at you. or such. (Would need edits)

About Penaltys to having BG in hand That would not be a big deal. People would just put them in other hand and pull out when needed to shoot (Done in FOnline:Reloaded) But It only puts a huge cap between pro players and noob players when it comes to playing sneak so I think its a bad idea. Also If they nerfed ability to put weapon in other hand then they would just put it in inventory. then pull out when needed. aka not a big deal and same as before (Gap between pro and noob)

4th solution, If you shoot with a sneaker DSR50 - PKS you automaticly become Surpressed. And cant run for next 3-4 seconds. Decent solution In combined with first solution.

But I really think sneakers are fine. But when I see masive 10+ sneakers with bg's in zc its just bad. Perhaps make it so if u are 3hex from another sneaker u have -15% sneak ? Would make sense. If you beside 2 sneakers its -30% sneak on all sneaks

You guys are the family, A gang of drug dealers, bad ass's, Mafia, etc. And you complain about exploit when feds break open ur door and kill u when ur doing a drug transaction ? This is outragous!

It's obvious there will be a rat that sneaks in and busts u guys! You guys gotta watch out for people wearing a wire. What else do you expect?

Ok sure its maybe against the rules. But it was stricky for role-play perposes You guys gonna cry about it ?



Also note: The law gave them their loot back. End of story.

Does that explain why an inproved flamer is 3 hexs from max range ?
Its like 8 max - 6 eff. so 10 PE and 14 PE will make this differnce?

So on a DKS Sniper rifle there is 85max range.

I currently have 250% SG with about 10PE No weapon penaltys and I have something like 78 eff range.

What must a build have to get 85 max - 85 eff range ?

(if you got Your 20 on ts and fighting against 8-10 and 10 without communication, You will always win and its it obvious.

You are trying to say its impossible to win 10v20 ?

Always is a big word. You shouldn't use it, or only use it onto urself.

At the moment its a crisis, There is many people crafting these unbelievable priced items just to clear out shops in the heart shops. Nobody buys these items and are too easy to craft to be worth 800-1800$ at shops.
Its all I'm ever seeing in these Heart shops. I really suggest you guys lower the price of this item.

Some say "10 skilled players can beat 30." But can 10 skilled players beat 30 skilled players? Thats the main problem. It is completely on luck. And the chances are on the 30 people swarm.

During my experience in playing FOnline (for 4 years) I can say that 8skilled players can not beat 15 skilled players.
Because, What is skill ? Skill is not being stupid and dying like a noob. Knowing when to back out. When to attack. It takes a real retarded squad to die 20v8.
For example. Rogues (Brahmin boys) Are a lot of people on teamspeak. They are organized by teamspeak. And to me, Playing with newbs (Militia) is like playing with nobody. Devs like to say "Oh this server u can fight 10v30 and win !" The only reason its possible is because newbs actually have the will to fight.

But lets cut out all militia from a pvp fight, and you will see how numbers matter.

You re wrong. Training pvp in base is old tradition, but You re newbie in fallout online so You will not understand it.
