LOL are you serious?   good, that means I don't have to worry about time zone difference, or are they all Polish?  Either way it is kind of racist :P

It could be a bunch of Americans who think there are way too many Russians on Fonline. (Even though it was made by Russians... :P )

as a leader you would want to build more tanky as you want to be at the front to show your people and also survive more hits since your boosts are deactivated when you die. Another important question is if you want to be a squad leader or a fire team leader. As a squadleader you should have very good survivability and good PE to see far, hawkeyes perk for extra sightrange, man of steel for crit defense, perks against temporary effects etc.
I'd probably want to be FTL, because I want to be at the front lines, not hanging out in the back.
