Yes, both of them. And as far as I know the assignment is failed if you wait too long.. and as I said it's already since a month...

I dont know how i got that but every assignment npc refuses to give me any assignment because i have some assignment undone... But I dont know which one. And it is already since a month like that. Maybe to prevent such thing an assignment rejection button in the pipboy would be good? Or as an option to say to assignment npc?

Because without even a knife I can't complete any assignment And as i've read tons of text with my first char, i'm already at the same point with the new account. Nevertheless, thanks for the info!
PS and yes, i changed the build a little bit

i died in the red zone and now can't access my items any more  Unlucky
