Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't Hawk Eyes only affect sight range, just as Sharpshooter only increases hit chance? So, where's your bug now?

exactly, but when i took hawk eyes my effective range went from xx to 0

If i remember correctly,had same thing on my BG char but when i hit 175% or 200% BG it went ok....

180bg and now it works again. dont know what went wrong, wasnt crippled or anything

started a new bg with 3 perception

 was working fine, took hawk eyes at lvl6 and now m60 has 0 effective range with 168% in skill


edit: seems to work now, weird :S
