Well I though that it work like in Fallout 2 but if it's true then they should put some warning or lock lvling up until you choose perk

I'm hiting lvl 3 and I get perk, I don't choose any perk and I'm hiting to lvl 6 and then I choose perk and don't have option to choose another one. What do you mean it's lost for good ?

Hello,
I have stored 1 perk that I gained on lvl 3 until lvl 6 and when I took 1 perk on lvl 6 I didn't get an option to take another one. What should I do now ?
