Both sides having something does not make it in any way balanced. Like baskila said in his opening post, it reduces the overall variety of builds because everyone thats not running around with leadership buffs is not performing optimally right now.

You cannot whine about this in 1v1 unless you go rambo 1vs entire faction.If you encounter one of "squad" characters solo,he'll get raped easily since 10ch is then useless without bonuses(unless you came into ZC zone solo,but that's your fault).
Solo PVP is almost dead. I could run around for half an hour inside the core without finding someone. Most people only start up the game these days if there's zone control going on.

But hey, no build should be able to beat every other out there....

And it IS really pain in ass to find leaders who run modules useful for your build(unless you all made clones).
Not really. Running DR and critical strength is a nobrainer. Knockouts are the strongest critical effect and another +20% DR when you already got 60% through armor/perks/drugs cuts the damage you receive HALF

LOL.And modules are to blame that there's no people in core to fight loners?10CH outperforming everyone else?Seriously?Only situation where it will outperform other build is in ZC IF YOU don't have active bonuses as well.That's really a nobrainer;bonuses>no bonuses,which again is user's fault since he wants to solo fight in something which is intended to promote teamplay(loners can be played in ZC and get rewards,but not as effectively as squad characters).As i said  previously,its your fault to go solo into big pvp fights where it's all about teamplay.If you want to solo rambo everyone,don't go ZC and you won't encounter those Uber 10CH builds.If they're so OP,reroll your characters to 10CH and rape everyone around.....

AC module: 2,5x as much AC as the dodger perk
DR module: 4x as much DR as the toughness perk
fire module: +40% dps (highest dps increasing perk is silent hill death with +15% average)
and lets not even get started about critical stat modules that turn everyone into a juggernaut that nobody can knockout or armor bypass
fair and balanced obviously

OR stop whining and  create multiple characters for different situations like most of smart people did?One for ZC,one for solo looting pve or w/e but saying that build with high ch will  win some other build in 1v1 is just nonsense.You do have to keep that those characters are pretty useless unless you have a leader with you for active bonuses....To go solo around with that build is like commiting suicide.

so you get the shot and bleed from the aorta of the eyes. you get deliberated but you eye aorta still bleeding. defibrillator is no blood stopper. i see no problem only work as intend and you have to tell defibrillator man to use some tourniquet or stimpak.
Yea but since i revived at 1hp and bleed was so high i had no time to even FA myself,and was to -100 in matter of seconds with defib cooldown,so basically useless revive....

Well i believe that bugs,which are way more than devs expected  the reason of holding back new content...Dungeon in paradise valley and full reroll to try other fun builds(and for those who dont want sneak) should be  launched.That should keep people entertained and give devs time to fix some important  problems and implement new things (plenty of material in suggestions subforum).You do have a point there though.

Fact is,a lot of  times you can see sneaker only at like 10 hexes....For some builds its already to late to actually fight and manage to win,so only viable option is running.Make some kind of "circle" of hexes (20-25?) around player in which sneaker is always detected if he's in front/sides of you and leave it as it is from behind.And with those crit build which are only "viable" way to play sneaker they should reduce dmg of wakizashi from behind to like 50% extra dmg not double,or leave it as it is ,but make sneak weapons not aimable?.....Same goes for those ridicolous crit hits from bg snipers.I dunno crit seems to easy to stack in this game,especially when we're talking about aimed attacks....Don't have big problem with sneakers,as i use often sneak myself(to crazy skill to miss it out) but changes are needed,because to many casual players who make most of server population are getting raped.

311 damage!  Shot in the eyes for 311 damage!  I had 308 HP. 
Build some HP next time, geez.

ROFL! And max hp without module bonuses is 350,and then you say to a 308 hp guy  build some hp.....People never cease to amaze me...

So for example if I transform a Sledge into a Super Sledge (or if I put a scope on a gun, or transform/improve a gun (example: Extended Laser Rifle), the bonus would not apply, since its not really repairing?
 Im asking this because those example raise your engineering skills :)



No it works only for the purposes of repairing items....

Its for purposes of fixing stuff.That means you don't get +50% to engineering permanently,it only means that when you repair something it will count as if you had 50% more engineering.For example if you had 100% engineering and go fix something you would increase condition for like 7%,but when you take one mr.fixit perk it will count as if you had 150% engineering(because you have 100% basic and mr.fixit gives +50%) and you would repair condition of item by 12% instead of those 7%.
