4. How much +x% critical living anatomy gives and what kind of it?

Yes, can someone please tell us wtf +x% means?? Kind of essential to know how much crit chance it gives. And also like paragon said is it aimed crit chance or regular?

edit : I find this in wiki, is it current?

1. If I take educated on lvl 24, am I able to put these points into my tag skills? And only after lvl 24 I cannot?

2. How many sp do you get for taking educated at lvl 24, 48 [24 x 2, counts lvl 1], or 46 [23 x 2, not counting lvl 1] ?

3. If my secondary tagged skill is only at 80%, what will I do once I've maxed out all secondary skills to 80%? Do I have to spend SP on weapon skills I don't care about, or is there some other way to use them?

4. Suggestion: make it so you can VERY SLOWLY raise tagged skills after lvl 24, with an extremely high SP cost (150 sp for 1 percent) ... or make it so you can 'spend' unused SP on something else? I just dont personally care about weapon skills other than my main one, and due to gifted I will have secondary skills capped at 100 or so, so I feel like I will have useless skill points in a few levels after 24.

I had 217 ew and 100 doc, I was able to reroll to 221 ew and 100 doc, the same amount that EW wouldve gained if I had an extra level .. guess I'm just lucky ;)


also I never run the updater yet everything seems to work fine

reroll also gave everyone 1 extra level of sp, but you dont hear complaining about that bug  ;D

well I do wonder why it's set to stop once an attacking force is dead, before timer go to 0. Currently, say BB are taking a zone and Vtek is preparing an attack, but some other small group of Vteks decide to take matters into their own hands and enter zone. Now if they die before main attack force arrives, timer will stop and BB will win zone. Doesn't seem right. Then again it might be annoying to have to wait 15-20 mintue each time

I think it would be nice to make it so the sector you are currently in is highlted in the automap, maybe just a bright border around the rectangle. So you can see what sector youre in if you havent memorized them all yet

Really not necessary, it's easy to get weapons really. Just one visit to the core and youll have enough stuff to craft more weapons, or just start doing assignments and youll have caps to buy. PS - try being gifted, you start with robes but no weapon!

You can actually edit the interface yourself however you want by editing file default.ini and associated artwork.

But any type of 'drag n drop' or realtime customization is probably not possible or at least not worth implementing

I would also like someone to confirm how it works with gifted (I know its been explained but I wonder if it works like this in practice).

Also what I am to do when my gifted char is around lvl 30 and I've maxed out all skills to 100 or whatever I will be able to get them to? I think by lvl 30 I will have all skills at max levels but then I'll still be getting 25 sp per level which I wont be able to spend on anything.

I think that after 24 you shold be able to raise tagged skills for ridiculous cost, like 50 sp per 1 percent, so players wont have wasted sp and no way to improve character by lvl 30 :)

however its been confirmed that sharpshooter is essentailly pointless if you already have decent PE. Weapon skill matters way more for increasing effeitve range. Sharpshooter only good for someone with really low PE imo. Hawkeye works either way but as mentioned is just FOV, not hit chance, so itd be good for sniper

At 250 weapon skill / 70 max weapon range, with every point of extra PE your effective range increases by ~1 hex which is very marginal. Sharpshooter counts as 2 PE.
For lower weapon range (like 40-50) 1 extra point of PE does less than 1 hex increase. For high range (100) it will do a bit more than 1 hex.
I fear this is true. PE is definitely not the STAT what you want to max out, even if you are sniper, unless you have OCD
