actually shooting small stims from the needler is nice idea just make it to work from pointblank give it proper perks like brof quick reload  and xp rewards equivalent to the exp u get when harming enemies but in this case healing
medic problem solved

i gues it is not too hard to make needler dat feeds on stims , deals "negative dmg equal to s stimpack values " and gets nifty perks from FA or Doctor all dat at one hex
maybe some minimum level of FA or DOC will be needed

well if it is available for everyone what unfair is there
about third party tools if is not against the game rules everyone is free to use it
actualy it will allow spamy shooters to have more dynamic gameplay more active use of terrain and covers and maybe this will spawn some pistolero or smg builds one of the main reason single hard hitting weapons are prefered
or maybe like in F.Tactics there was continious fire once u shoot until u loose sight or move etc ...

Range gap between DKS and other SG snipers is too big especially when DKS is TOO cheap and abundant and range trumps other stats hard.
I propose SG SNIPERS to be around 80-85 range and let performance difference be signified by perks, traits, clip size, ammo.

As of now medium-high range of 60 hexes excellent DMR weapons that are much more clearly cut to fulfill specific task: H&K G3SG1 and M21. These 2 weapons have excellent synergy in ap cost, clip size, dmg, PERKS and most importantly range (team of paired shooters will score much better results if focus fire with the 2 mentioned DMRs in tandem)

On the other hand top ranged SG snipers DKS and MSG90 are a total mess.
Range difference is stupid. Better set them at either 80 or 85
Perks on both of them are too random to imply role. DKS could be balanced around bleed and MSG90 around better  on hit, like better\longer knockdown, knockback etc.

M1C and Dragunov as in-betweeners of 60 and 80 range can be set as the standart for all around long range SG and be remade with mix of perks to make them sorta jack of all trades. (and dat M "upgrade" of Dragunov is just....... u were drunk or what???)
For best results i suggest this 2 be set at either 70 or 75 range

now for AK and M16 sniper conversion duno what to say .... they are some strange weapons that i did not find use for yet

Hunting rifle needs some love dudes it is classic weapon one of the Fallout universe symbols , bring it back to its rightful place

and ehh GAUSS RIFLE ....super knockback on thing dat shoots 2mm needles for fuck sake
only 3 perks and one of them is RELIABLE really this thing is supposed to be pipe with stack of electromagnetic coils around it powered by high energy fast discharging source eg. capacitors (definetly the epitome of sturdy construction and no potential faults)

Maybe theres a software that will do this?  i remember something like this on an old mac.
Im sure theres something like that in windows too. If Im not mistaken its magnyfing glass  ::) For me big -1, it can be nice but its not priority in server full of PVP affecting bugs.

i posted idea not a mandatory vote on what will devs or anyone involved in this game do
that is why i dont understand why it is big -1 for u ???

bad idea sorry my opinion
and gifted is fine u can bring combat skill to 225 one less weapon perk for all dat stats yes ty
and btw u have option to make full melee tank/sneaker/thrower taking all weapon perks cuz them skills cap on 200
think about it if you are shooter 1 int + 1 luck will give u more crit than any single weapon perk 1 cha more gives noticeable difference when in squad str end and per are pretty much self explanatory only agi is questionable in some cases but still gives its bonuses and what u loose measly weapon perk not to mention not all weapons have 5 perks
GIFTED is op as HELL

on the contrary this will make what scoped weapon is -easier to hit stationary targets hell to hit moving  ones

to be properly used the range of the sniper weapons most people use zoom out so i wonder is it possible to be implemented something like dat on the picture 
am not sure will people like it but i think it is cool
this is just the idea not exact dimensions nor zoom level of the bubble
this bubble is at default 100 percent and current zoom is around 75
the bubble may be activted only from aimed shots

as of now throwing is in abysmal state and only working somehow spear is serrated one so ill ask as fan of spears can serrated spear ap cost be lowered to 30 from 40 so spear users at least be able to make 2 consecutive atacks ?

as i mentioned ignore ac BONUS im not implying it must nulify ac just it consistenty triggers evade between 45-55 percent of all shots i do
and this is way too much and other sg i use seems ok and 223 have perk to trigger evade even less ?!?  tried on all matter of critters
so am asking somebody to try and give me feedback
my perception is 10 and i have SharpShooter HawkEyes  210 sg other perks i think are unrelated
