1. If I take educated on lvl 24, am I able to put these points into my tag skills? And only after lvl 24 I cannot?

2. How many sp do you get for taking educated at lvl 24, 48 [24 x 2, counts lvl 1], or 46 [23 x 2, not counting lvl 1] ?

3. If my secondary tagged skill is only at 80%, what will I do once I've maxed out all secondary skills to 80%? Do I have to spend SP on weapon skills I don't care about, or is there some other way to use them?

4. Suggestion: make it so you can VERY SLOWLY raise tagged skills after lvl 24, with an extremely high SP cost (50 sp for 1 percent) ... or make it so you can 'spend' unused SP on something else? I just dont personally care about weapon skills other than my main one, and due to gifted I will have secondary skills capped at 100 or so, so I feel like I will have useless skill points in a few levels after 24.

1. If u take educated on lvl 24 then yes,u'll still be able to put those sp in tagged skills,after you hit 25 or above you cannot increase tagged skills.
2.I believe 48,but not 100% sure.
3.If your secondary tagged skills are at 80% then yes,you will be able to increase all untagged  secondary skills to maximum 80%,later the rest of sp you can spend on different primary skills to be able to use different kinds of weapons(you cannot use these on persuasion,engineering,science,od-they are increased by using them).
4.No comment.

No because i dont have high enough int to max them, i split them 148% FA and 150% doctor,and if i'm correct i should be able to get  my all other secondary skills to 148% because my lower secondary tagged one(FA) is 148%,but that wasn't the case,i have sneak 150% which is untagged...Unless that's the way its supposed to work but wiki claims differently and its logical to be other way around.I should be able to have sneak or any other secondary untagged skill maximum 148%

Unless bonus sight scales down with greater perception i believe it should be +8  to sight range for hawk eyes,but not 100% sure

lol...most of things you mentioned as disadvantages in aop have happened in fo2.....Bugs and exploits?I still rememeber certain players from fo2 who had kmh kmh lot of caps etc.Will be good after 2-3 wipes?Sure like every other server is improving over time.Faction organisation i won't comment...Only thing i agree is that snipers need to be hurted a little bit and they should increase % of one hex bullets,but it should never go 100% bullets like in fo2 or other servers at 1 hex bcz people have various pings,pc's etc.

Yes but someone mentioned some crazy number of rerolled characters,i don't see how's that possible unless everyone went to reroll as soon as it was possible which means they didnt think about consequences and that it may not actually work perfectly instantly....Give devs some time,they'll fix it even if it means 1 by 1.

Gotta love how people who rerolled whine so much...Didn't occur to you to first wait and see if someone reports problem?There was no need to immediaetly go on reroll spree.Those asking for wipe are even funnier.....

How about no?Firstly your weapons are already losing condition as you use them,and secondly with lot melee weapon you cannot make aimed attack in certain modes,while snipers get all the benefits.Not to mention,try to do ZC with melee weapons and actually manage to get some points other then for healing friendlies.....

So what's the deal with these missions,are they bugged or what?Basically after you get the warning message VIP runs in like 3-4 secs out....Are we supposed to rush entire map and take 10+ enemies on us to manage to kill him?Would be nice if you would increase the timer a bit,like extra 20-30 secs after the message before VIP runs out.As it currently stands it's best to simply avoid assasination type of missions....

So as i understand your lower secondary tagged skill should determine how much you can lvl your non tagged secondary skills,and that seems ok.But for some reason it's not working like that.I have FA 148% and Doc 150% and by all means i should be able to lvl, for example ,traps to 148%,but for some odd reason(i guess bug) i can lvl it up to 150%.This should be corrected because if it's kept like this then what's the point of tagging two good secondary skills?You can tag one important,one non important for you build and lvl important one to 200% and then you can get other important secondary skill also to 200% which makes OP characters.

So my question is following,i know it works for skill bleed between FA and Doc but what i dont know is;if i had 150% FA and like 80-90 doc and took Medicinae Doctor would it apply also for Defribilator?Could i use the one that requires 150% doctor?

Vendors sell items based on the amount of zones you control.

Thanks for that update, grieves me to not see a string with the "supersledge and ripper now both have aimed types of attack" text, but hey, at least something...


Well,other day we held all 12 zones and no tier 3 ammo spawned ,now after update when we had like 6 zones tier 3 ammo started to spawn...that's why i'm asking,it's like that npc is drunk all the time......

So what i'm interested in is npc that should be interested in "gauss and power armor technology",now i have one "power armor fragment",and in its description it says it could help with reconstructing power armor.When i tried to talk to npc she didn't give me any dialogue.So my question is,what's the use of that item and npc?

No ,you cannot,if you save perks from let's say lvl 3,when you hit lvl 6 you will lose that perk and just be able to take the lvl 6 one...

Maps for melee bleuprints; ratio starts at 1:1 ;1 map for 1 new blueprint,after you gain few new blueprints ,ratio goes up to 2 maps for 1 new weapon blueprint and finally goes to 3:1,you gain ability to craft (not in particular order,but got best weapons blueprints  at 3:1 ratio) : Cattle Prod,Super Cattle Prod,Sledgehammer,Super Sledgehammer,Wakizashi blade,Impact gloves,Punch gloves,Power fist,Mega power fist,Ripper.
Learning new melee recipies always costs 1 map and 2 for spears. What are you talking about.
First blueprint I got was Ripper

Then it was bugged,i had at 2nd day  all blueprints for melee and i clearly remember giving 3 maps for few last blueprints in which i received mega power fist and one other weapon.....
