An idea it's to make faction's regrouping to ZC more simple.
It's just a concept, but...
Near with the faction's HQ exit grid there is the faction flag, which may be activated character with some requirements(charisma, leadership skill and organized squad).
When he activates this flag all faction members will see that this man wants call others to ZC fight. It's may be a message as a ZC message. They will see only the name of that man and timer(5 mins eg) — how much time left for regrouping. When time is over the leader may waiting some more or may going with some people who going to him right now.
