Title: Field medic's first aid kit and First aid kit.

The FA kit ''Improved healing'' PERK doesn't work, only the ''Improved healing'' TRAIT works... Please fix. I already reported it before, but still it doesn't work. I didn't tested for ''Anti hemorrhagic'' perk, I guess it's same, trait works but perk doesn't.

Should be fixed now, thanks for report, the issue was even deeper and affected all healing items.
