Title: Rain of bullets - tooltip

It says that bursts can wind. Its like full auto can wind too, but in reality it cant.

I suggest to change tooltip to "Burst mode from this weapon has a chance to apply Winded condition for a short duration that depends on a percent of bullets hit".
