Title: Energy Weapon Tag cannot be Increased

Hi guys, Today I wanted to test build but I found a bug with energy weapon skill - it's cannot be increased if is tagged. others tags works ( I mean small gun, big gun throwin' etc. ) hope it will be easy to repair xD

U need To Reroll with ~reroll S P E C I A L command ...

Wow you must of had an 2014 character, just follow the reroll instructions and you should be fine.

like I said I wanted to test new build, so this is new char xD I just uploaded wrong screen by mistake....anyway still I cannot Rise up ew even after reroll

After you reroll, you should be level 24, put your points in first before getting anymore experience.

I'll make this more user friendly in the future.

yep I done what you said on that char but still do not work, idk why he still standing in first location xD hmm I will try another one. anyway thx for help

yeah, only that char won't work the next one workin' correctly. Really thx for help
