Title: [BUG] Stealth Boy

Stealth boy turns on by itself when in inventory. When the stealth boy has no charge, it will attempt to turn on and causes player to badly moonwalk :P

Yeah, only thing now is when you turn off sneak while on wartime engaged, your stealth boy inventory pic will have the active stealth boy, even though its off  :P
