Weapon trait doesn't work. I was weapon dropped while holding MPF

Dunno as it works in PvP but I very often cripple NPCs arms and they drop their weapons with that perk very often...too often as for my taste  8)

i got crippled and disarmed while using red nuka. Someone just picked up my fists... I miss them.
